Shandong Reduction New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2021. In 2022, the company acquired the property rights of assets including 105 mu of land, workshops, machinery and equipment for the original 10,000 t/a indigo project of former Shandong Futai Chemical Co., Ltd. via judicial auction at a price of 30.5 million RMB. The company is located in Pingyuan County Industrial Park, Dezhou City, Shandong Province.

Our products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions. Domestically, our customer base covers South China, Jiangsu-Zhejiang area and Shandong Province. We specialize in the production of vat dyes and fine chemical products. We currently operate an indigo production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons, alongside a 20,000-ton annual capacity for eco-friendly liquid indigo. Our production process achieves zero liquid discharge (ZLD) of wastewater.

Worldwide, there are only more than ten large-scale manufacturers of indigo products, six of which are located in China, and our company is among them. The establishment of Shandong Reduction New Material fills the gap in the denim industrial chain in Shandong Province. We are now the largest production base of new denim dye materials in the Qilu region.

The company attaches great importance to R&D investment and talent development. We adopt advanced domestic DCS control systems, cutting manpower requirements by 50%. We have maintained in-depth technical exchanges with the University of Jinan and Xiamen University. In 2023, we planned to set up a talent incubation base within the industrial park. We will continue to deepen industry-university-research cooperation with top professional technical teams in the sector, increase technical and capital investment, carry out upgrades for safety and environmental protection technologies, comprehensively improve the process technology of our indigo plant and overall competitiveness, and strive to rank among the world’s leading indigo producers.
